1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an agency account, accessing our portal, integrating our booking APIs, or purchasing flight tickets through London Air Travels, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a travel agency, company, or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to these terms.

2. Eligibility & Account Security

London Air services are strictly provided to verified travel agencies, tour operators, corporate clients, and authorized travel distributors.

  • Agencies must provide valid governmental trade licenses, E-TIN registration, and verified contact numbers.
  • You are strictly responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and sub-agent access permissions.
  • Any booking or financial commitment initiated through your credentials shall be deemed authorized by your agency.

3. Booking & GDS Fare Rules

All flight reservations, schedules, seat allocations, baggage quotas, and fare rules displayed on London Air are supplied directly by GDS providers (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo) and airline inventory systems.

Important: Airlines reserve the unilateral right to adjust schedules, cancel flights, or alter fare conditions prior to ticket issuance. London Air acts as an accredited booking facilitator and is not liable for airline-mandated schedule alterations.

4. Auto-Ticketing & Time Limits

Bookings with an active airline Ticketing Time Limit (TTL) must be confirmed and issued prior to the system deadline. Failure to issue tickets before the airline-specified TTL will result in automatic PNR cancellation by the airline without liability to London Air.

5. Agency Credit & Wallet Settlement

Tickets may be issued against prepaid agency wallet balances, verified bank transfers, instant card gateways, or pre-approved revolving credit limits.

Agencies enjoying credit terms must settle outstanding balances on or before the agreed weekly/monthly billing cycle. Default in settlement may result in immediate suspension of auto-ticketing privileges.

6. Void, Reissue & ADM Protection

Agency void requests must be submitted within the same calendar day before airline midnight GDS cutoffs. Reissues and date changes are subject to airline fare differences and applicable penalty fees.

In the event an airline issues an Agency Debit Memo (ADM) due to agency operator error (such as churned bookings, invalid passenger names, or incorrect passport input), the financial liability rests solely with the originating agency.

7. Passports, Visas & Travel Compliance

It is the sole responsibility of the travel agency and passenger to ensure that all travel documents—including passports (with minimum 6-month validity), transit visas, entry visas, and health declarations—are complete and accurate prior to departure. London Air accepts no liability for passengers denied boarding due to documentation deficiencies.

8. Limitation of Liability & Force Majeure

London Air shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from acts of God, extreme weather conditions, airspace closures, war, civil unrest, government restrictions, or third-party airline system outages.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.
